It was a pleasure to be invited as a keynote speaker to the Diversity & Inclusion in UK Nuclear Conference hosted last month. There were great passion and energy to make a change. I also hosted one of the workshops on Unconscious Bias & Positions of Privilege. The delegates reported how my unique insight and real-life examples brought the phenomenon into reality and helped them to see its operation in action.
