I was at the Southport Flower Show where I made an unusual purchase (for a flower show anyway!) I was immediately drawn to this multi-coloured Chesterfield chair and I simply had to have it. It reminded me of the quote by Maya Angelou;

“We all should know that diversity makes for a rich tapestry, and we must understand that all the threads of the tapestry are equal in value no matter their color.”

Valuing diversity necessitates an inclusive culture where everyone feels valued regardless of their colour, ethnicity, gender, sexuality, religion, disability or any other unique and beautiful characteristic.
