It’s been a very busy month with lots of great events celebrating Black History month! Earlier this month I was honoured to host some workshops for the Greater Manchester Race Equality Panel during Good Employment Week. The workshops focussed on creating Anti-racist working environments and I was grateful to receive some really positive feedback from delegates. The event was hosted by Paula Henry (Watt) and covered a whole host of inclusive practices, career progression for ethnically diverse employees and inclusive recruitment practices. A really informative event.
