I attended the Liverpool School of Tropical Medicine event on decolonising the archives with a panel of eminent speakers expertly hosted by Samia Benbrih. Some really powerful discussions. Afterwards we had the rare opportunity to see some of the archives which depict historic colonialism. They really need to be seen and hopefully they will be open to the public in the ear future. A fantastic event with delicious Caribbean food!
