My schedule has been busy these past few months, but I’ve always tried to make time for self-care and things that support my wellbeing.
To take a break from the fast pace of coaching and consulting, my family and I went to West Yorkshire a few weeks ago.
The trip was lovely, and we saw many beautiful landmarks as we walked in the best of British sunshine.
I’ve come to learn there are many benefits to taking wellness walks like:

– It can give you energy
– It can improve your focus
– It can lower your blood pressure
