Your journey to well-being, self-discovery, new thinking and stress management.
This 4 part programme takes you on a journey to discover inner happiness, well-being and peace in a hectic world. The simple techniques you will learn can be practised daily, anytime, anywhere and can have a huge impact on your sense of well-being. This programme can help alleviate the effects of stress and low mood by challenging your thinking and exploring your self-concept. You will have the opportunity to engage in four guided mindfulness sessions over the course of the programme to help de-clutter your mind and improve your performance in every area of your life.
The positive outcomes you will achieve on this programme are;
Personal awareness & effectiveness, stress management, performance, confidence, a sense of well-being and peace.
