The inaugural Mindfulness and Self-Appreciation Program delivered at Crabwall Manor has concluded with resounding success. The program seeks to deliver well-being of mind and body through self exploration, self-appreciation and mindfulness practice, to reduce stress and anxiety which impact performance at work and home. The program is run over four two hour sessions and each incorporates a guided mindfulness practice session.
Session one explores the art of self appreciation and the research into mindfulness practice. Delegates learn to explore their strengths and weaknesses and are given tools to practice self-appreciation.
Session two explores our deep subconscious needs and how we meet these needs, either positively or negatively, and how these needs link to our feelings of self worth.
Session three explores the self concept, understanding our values and how these can link to self esteem, and performance in all areas of our lives.
Session four explores the way forward for growth.
Delegates came from a variety of backgrounds, business owners, public sector workers and home-makers. Feedback from delegates has been excellent, some of which are stated below. We plan to run further courses in January 2018 and we are happy to deliver programs to employee groups within organisations.
